Sandhya Rao's "Busy Busy Grand-Ant", starts on a humorous note. The first verse ends, "you know how ant queues never end."
The book works like travel quiz where the Grand-Ant asks of her brood to recognise all the places she visited based on the verses she composes.
Grand-Ant has obviously been busy and has visited placed from New Zealand, Australia, Japan, China, Nepal and yes India.
In the end comes the surprise - Grand ant has not been travelling on buses and cycles. She has visited all these places by a "scramble across the world atlas."
The book published by Tulika is memorable and scrumptious and the illustrations by Kanchon Mitra are delectable.
