Health is more contagious than disease. A virus has instilled an imbalance in human lives. The world around us is full of duality. Moving from universal opposites to individual opposites; there is day and night, harmony and disharmony, balance and imbalance, life and death, happiness and unhappiness, light and darkness, anger and calmness, courage and cowardice, ease and disease. The possibility of two polarities positive and negative is always present. One positive can balance thousands of negatives. Positivity is always more contagious than negativity. Positivity spreads faster.

Taking the present scenario of pandemic, when someone recovers from the disease the other person having the same symptoms have the strong belief that he will recover. This confidence makes the recovery faster. The positivity in thoughts is established in the body. The body heals itself with this positive vibration of confidence. It's not an exaggeration when I'm saying body heals itself because in the case of the present pandemic we don't have exact medicine!

Moreover, this confidence can transfer rapidly to many people when they see that someone has overcome the same circumstances. This positive thought can give the strength to the body to recover faster.

The body is an instrument that can vibrate according to the state of mind. Make the body vibrate with the positive vibes to get the state full of harmony and ease. In the presence of such positivities all negativities disappear. The body heals itself around such positive vibes of thoughts and confidence.
