It's said that human beings are the highest creation of the divine. If they are the highest creation then they must be responsible for transformation. It's not by chance that humans have to bear the responsibility of transformation. It's because human beings are given the capability to transform - to transform themselves and to transform the earth. Considering the Yogic Perspective, of all creation including plants and animals only human beings are gifted with all the bodies - physical, vital, mental, psychic. For this reason we can explore the knowledge and hand it over to the next generation for progress and development. Considering the present scenario - where do we stand as human beings? A virus has triggered the force of fear. Fear of the unknown has come to the surface. While taking the online Yoga Session, I came across people who were afraid that they were having the disease and were infact bed ridden. In few sessions they were alright. It's because of the transformation of fear and the faith that they developed because of presence of another human being. They started feeling that everything is going to be alright. The force of love can manifest and transfer easily from one human being to other. Love Heals.

All that's required is to follow the guidelines to fight against the pandemic. The pandemic shouldn't mean the loss of compassion and love for other human beings. Many people lost their lives because of fear. As a human being it's the time to transform this fear into courage. Courage does not mean indiscipline. It means with discipline stand for yourself, stand for your family, stand for your people. This is the opportunity given by nature to transform the fear and move towards perfection.

How to overcome this fear? Fear of unknown is inherited in human beings right from an early age. There is fear of not only visible things but also fear of invisible things.

To overcome fear try the below points -

1. Be quiet and calm

2. Maintain your poise.

If you are unable to do this then

3. Have strong faith in the divine despite your circumstances.

If we have a fear of the unknown then let us trust the higher unknown divine energy which is very close to all of us.
